ECO Living Broke my game and made it UNPLAYABLE

Since downloading the new Expac my game is UNPLAYABLE. I cannot interact with objects, experiencing weird lag and freezing. YES, I removed all customer content, YES I repaired the game and YES I posted in the tech forums only to have a fellow gamer give me instructions that would further worsen my problem. Why isnt EA Tech dealing with this? And where do I get a REFUND for this garbage expac?
