Nano Touchless Trash Can No Longer Gives Money

I've read on a Facebook sims group that after the update the nano touchless trash can no longer pays your sim money when they put rubbish into it. Is this true? I haven't downloaded the patch because of all the issues folks are having with broken saves.

I never knew it did and it's the only one I ever use.

@loubyloulou so it is true oh well, good to know it's a bug and not intentional. I'll give it a 'me too' even though I haven't patched my game yet.

Is it a bug though? I can imagine that with the new bill system in the basegame and the new garbage system in the EP, they've simply changed it without telling us.
Let's hope it simply broke when they updated the garbage system though, it's my favourite trash can.

According to facebook if a sim puts rubbish in the trashcan it will pay you money but it no longer pays money if you drag rubbish into it with your mouse.

Mine stopped giving me money I deleted and put it in again and tried it but it still didn’t give me money so now I’ve wasted my money and I wanna know how to fix it if anyone figures it out please tell me
