No gui after update

After the update, my gui is gone in live mode. The top bar is there, but the sim panels and such at the bottom are gone. Also, any menus that come up, such as pie menus, are gone. I have to end the task of the game because sure, i can click the exit button, but the gui that asks you if you want to quit dosent show up.
1. Is this happening to anyone else?
2. Is it a mod?
3. If so, what mod?

Do you have UI Cheats Extension? That's broken so could be the culprit.

I do have that mod. I will delete it and report back if it's fixed.
Edit: Removed it. Everything is fine now. thank you!
