Custard is listing "Cityhall" on a house that I built? -Issue fixed.-

I've built a house for someone for a gifting thread and it had to be CC free, so I generated a new user folder.
I literally only have 1 piece of store item installed.
No mod folder installed.
And only 1 piece of store item installed.Nothing else.The family you
see is the clover family from the game bin to test my uploads.They came
with the game and have no CC on them.
This is what custard shows?
Edit: Turns out if you have photography, paintings and artwork created by your sim, it shows up as CC on custard.
Even though it honestly isn't.
