@Bad Arkane we agree on deep-tissue massage and spiders!
In fact I'm thinking of getting qualified as a sports massage therapist whenever that becomes feasible in the future, because I have the hand strength and the interest.

And I prefer digital pictures for some reason.

Too spicy is way worse, and I love spicy. Got an exotic pepper in my mouth accidentally on a date, at a restaurant, it was whole and raw, and could have seasoned the dish just by sitting there on it...but my choice was bite in, or spit it out, so I bit...and instantly regretted it, as my next choice was spit it into a napkin, or chew and swallow, so I swallowed. And then got extreme stomach cramps, my eyes watered and my nose ran, a volcano erupted in my gut and I really thought it was all going to come up. I had to get to the bathroom in case I did hurl. Started sweating profusely and my face turned red, but I kept it down somehow, but I was a complete wreck the rest of the time, and the date was a disaster.

Really, spitting into the napkin would have been far less of a spectacle had I known the pepper was THAT hot.

What's better: really fine, dark chocolate, or really aged, sharp cheese?

Oh lord that is a hard question! I love croissants so I want to say that, but biscuits and gravy are an indulgence I won't even eat now, but remember fondly. But I'll horrify my Texas lineage and go ahead and say croissant. Because even the best biscuits aren't as good as the best croissant, to me.

What's better, hot coffee or iced coffee?

I don't drink it often, but when I do....hot coffee. Though iced is pretty great as well.

What's worse? Living next to noisy neighbors, or in a neighborhood where wild animals (like bears and cougars) roam?

Hard to choose. I guess it's easier to be the heart breaker, but that doesn't make it better. I have experienced both, and in a selfish way, it's easier to be the heart breaker (if it's unintentional which was the case)...but maybe more valorous to accept a broken heart, than to willfully break another's.

What's better: discretion being the heart of valor, or the importance of being earnest?
