Newly Released CC Not Showing

I have tried everything (cleaning caches etc.) and even contacted the creator. It's a package file that contains over 80 objects and only some objects show up in my game. I have all the packs. It happens with single objects as well. It's a toilet sink combo. Why do some objects show up and others don't? Both creators say that nothing is wrong with their file because no one else has the problem. It seems that only some new meshes show in my game. How can I fix this?
