    Sun flickers through the treetops as all the animals gather in the grassy clearing to play a game.

    Welcome to the Woodlands Mafia

    Setup
    This is a U-pick game. Meaning when you sign up, or at any point before the game starts you may send me your favorite creature you'd find in the woods and before the game starts I'll send you two roles based off your animal.

    When the game starts all discards will be revealed.
    The possible factions are: Town, Mafia, Werewolves, and finally Neutral Third-Party

    Rules
    1. Day will last 24 hours, nights will last 12.
    2. Hammers will not be in place.
    3. If you notice I made a mistake please DM me about it.

      Mafia: Hypnotist (Redirector)
      You may each night target one player and redirect their night action(s), if they have any, to a specific secondary target instead of that person's original target.

      Sophia
      Town: 1-shot Bulletproof
      Once per game you may equip a bulletproof vest to save yourself from being killed that night

      Rose
      Town: Oracle
      Every night you will receive the name and description of one random role in the game, though not who it belongs to.

      Lala
      Town: Fruit Vendor
      Once a night, you may choose to gift a player of your choice a piece of fruit, the recipient will be made aware of your gift but the fruit has no other effect.

      Nerd
      Town: Ascetic
      All actions on you apart from kills fail

      Wagashi
      Town: Roleblocker
      Each night You attempt to stop a target from using their actions.

      Coffee
      Mafia: Alert
      At the end of every night you automatically know who targeted you, but not with what.

      City
      Town: Messenger
      Each night you may target a player and attempt to send them an anonymous message.

      Nush
      Town: Vigilante
      Each night you may attempt to kill a player.

      Luna
      Town: Bodyguard:
      Everynight you may protect one player of your choice, if you succeed you will kill their attacker at the expense of your own life.

      Mouse
      Town: Cop
      Everynight you may investigate someone and receive the results "Town", "Not Town", or "No Results"

      Bella
      Town: Judas
      If you die you will be converted to Mafia.

      So there's no specific list for players to refer to for this? So like 100% closed? New players gon' get a headache. Probably me too. :D

      I'll try to keep it to basic roles and even though I don't have 100% control over what ends up in the game I'll do my best to keep it somewhat balanced.

      Omg.. There’s a reason PB is only for coven modes. Coven can actually kinda help with trying to stop the plague but in normal games like this it’d wreak havoc XD

      And what do you mean you’ll send us 2 roles? Do we get to decide what side we’re on?

      You get two roles and then you pick one of them. But if you're unlucky, you might get both mafia alignments so you kinda have no choice, but you can choose the better PR.

      You could roll 2 of the same faction or two different factions.

      The plaguebearer I like is actually a benign variant. Haha

      It's an alignment/faction. They usually have specific PRs tied to them, kinda like how some werewolves PRs are special to werewolves only. And aliens can kill, I think like once in a whole game?
