Pandora's World Decluttering Mod Question

Hi there! I was wondering if someone could answer a question about this mod.

1. Does it affect every single save? (So all my saves will have their worlds decluttered?)
2. If I want the clutter to come back, do I just rip this out of my mods folder and everything will still be fine and dandy?

I want to play a historical save and a modern save concurrently, hence the question! Thanks for the help!

1. Yes, it's a massive object override mod that simply hides the object meshes.
2. Yes, should be fine to just remove it.
