How do I adjust this? (photo)

The only way I can play Sims 2 on my computer is in window mode, and I finally was able to find out how to make the little window larger. When I am in gameplay, everything is good. But with the loading screen, it looks like this.

Does anyone know where I can go to find the setting to adjust this so it too will fill the window mode?

My loading screen has looked like since I got a wide screen. Sorry I can't help. :(

I haven't played TS2 in a while, but sometimes you can change the size in-game if you mess around with your screen resolution. When you re-upload your game, the size should change. If not, you might have to change the size through some txt file (I don't know the specifics anymore).
