    Why Doesn't Downloaded Sims Show Up In My Game?

    Ever since I got the free The Sims 2 game I haven't been able to get Sims I download from others to show up in my game, they don't show up in Body Shop either, but also when I make Sims in Body Shop they also don't show up in game!

    I put them in my Download folder, just like I did before, and nothing shows up! Is there something I am doing wrong?

      1st - Did you make sure to turn CC on in game?

      They should be in .sims2pack format and with the .sims2pack format you have to double click to install them. Just placing them in the downloads folder won't install them.

      Sims you make in BodyShop should have the files remain in SavedSims. You haven't moved the files from that folder to your Downloads, right?

      Are you using sims 2 clean pack installer?
