Can you still pool the original gen of premade sims in CAS?

Such as Babs, Ollie,? I swear I recall having Amber spawn from the random pool like a month or so ago, and I'm pretty sure I got Andre once and Errol a few times though now it's 50/50 Dela Ostrow/Gabby Gonzalez and Kasen Henry/Noah Meyer (all of whom I've already edited and saved). Are they just more difficult to get spawn in CAS, or is it impossible now?

As far as seeing them spawn in CAS, I haven't seen them in a very long time.
