Cannot stay logged into the website

My P.C. has been upgraded so I have had to re install the Sims 3 4 etc. only i am having problems installing store bought items through download dashboard. I have managed to install approx 27 pages of 53 but can no longer install anything.

The Sims 3 launcher is coming up blank on the welcome page and each time I try to install an item the launcher is repeatedly asking for log in details and will not accept correct details given, even though I am logged in.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to continue installing or do I have to uninstall the game and start again?

Try clearing browser history on Internet Explorer even if you don't use it because the game uses it for some reason.

You're welcome. I hope it works out for you. I had to do this yesterday after Origin and the old TS3 site had problems with logging in...

I'm having the same problem, but I tried clearing Internet Explorer and it didn't work.
