my body shop is not working, can someone lead me in the direction of help? Thank you

Open up your documents to EA Games/ The Sims 2 UC. Delete the accessory cache files, the Group cache files and there might be another cache file to delete. Those get bloated and fragmented and will cause TS2 bodyshop and or the game not to load. They need to be kept to a low level and can get way out of hand (huge number). It will take time for the bodyshop to reload the bodyshop assets but usually that is the problem if it won't load.
