Can somebody help with my last exception error?

Hi guys, I was just wondering if somebody could help me make sense of the Last Exception errors in my game! I have a lot of CC so it would take me hours to try the 50/50 method to sort it out. It's not affecting my gameplay drastically, but every time I travel to a new lot I get an error message.
"The game failed to load. Error code:
140:645fba83:f12362bb.
It is recommended that you relaunch the game."
I hit ok and the game runs absolutely fine; it just pops up with a last exception message every time I travel to a new lot.
I would probably have to email or something the Last Exception text as it is soooooooooo long. (It's nearly 30,000 characters too long to post on this thread. )
I really appreciate any help anyone can give!

I had that problem before. If you recently downloaded cc delete it. If you have old cc and had no problems before, if you're able to leave it (it's just more convenient for the future). If you can't find the broken file the easiest way (that I used) was to just delete all my cc.
A way I use to avoid problems like this is to only download cc creators I trust, same goes for mods. I usually look into the modder/mod and same thing with cc before downloading from them.
Also if you do download from somewhere new (especially big hauls) try making a copy or take a screenshot of the cc you downloaded just so you have the names of the files. Just in case.
