Hey guys

So, my husband surprised me with the Pack today, I installed it, and I have some weird issues. All text based content from the pack is empty, there is no texts in the moodlets, the build and buy or anywhere. Origin still tells me, there is content do download available, but it does not start and I can't manually start the download.

I tried repairing the game several times, then I uninstalled and reinstalled everything, so my game currently runs completely vanilla, still the same issue is happening. Can someone maybe help me?

This is probably the first thing you checked but do you have any mods? Otherwise I could only guess the German translation has gone missing somewhere?

@poisonedsodapop I never had any issues language-wise. I always played in english on a german Origin client. And yes, I even uninstalled everything and reinstalled, it's completelyy vanilla.

i would say a simple try is to restart pc i had issues and i fixed it by restarting pc

I already did that. I repaired the game a few times, I reinstalled, restarted PC and Origin

It seemed to help to install the game in german.
