Terrible mouse control since Jan patch

Has anyone else notice the mouse is crazy with the latest patch. I was trying to have my sim do a painting from reference and the mouse was racing around the room (moving fast as I tried to get the subject into the frame). It was hard to get it slow enough to get a photo to recreate. I also notice that is seems very touchy (jumps) as I move to other sims or to objects I want to que up an interaction
