LILSIMSIE Inspired Family Home | Sims 4 Speed Build

This build is inspired by Lilsimsie's most recent Sims 4 building tutorial video and I decided to copy the shell and floorplan and decorate to my own style. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and fits 2 adults, 1 teenage son, 1 child daughter and 1 toddler son. A simple family home - I tried to keep the costs as low as I could for the amount of sims. I forgot to finish the chimney and the the roof trim but I hope you like it!

Each of the three homes are very nice! Very nice exterior designs, and the interior layouts and furnishings are lovely! The colours of the rooms and areas in the homes are very nice. Very nice outdoors areas! I didn’t watch the whole videos but enjoyed looking at the end section where you showcased the builds.

Video inspiration from Plumbella's 10 minute build for 8 sims challenge. Unfortunately she wasn't able to complete the build in 10 minutes so I downloaded it and renovated the rest of it myself.

Renovated Plumbella's 10 minute build for 8 sims into a beautiful family home full of life! 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms are designed for: 2 adults, 2 teen boys, 2 child girls and 2 toddlers (boys/girls). Complete with a packed back garden for family fun!

Very lovely makeover of the home! It is a lovely family home! The flowerbox windows and plants and flowers on home edges are pretty! Very nice furnishing of the interior!! The shoe racks are a homely touch, The bedroom colours are very nice! Great kids play area and bbq and outdoors dining area in backyard

Although actually is 2 tiles smaller than 5x5, this is a small studio house with bed, bathroom and kitchen space. Also includes chair, bookshelf and computer. Budget house perfect for a single sim.

Willow House | Family Home | Sims 4 Speed Build

Willow House is a quaint little property suitable for up to 4 sims (2 adults, 2 children). The children's room has been designed for girls but can easily be changed to suit boys. Inside there's a large kitchen, dining room, lounge/office space, bathroom, adults' bedroom and childrens' bedroom. Outisde there's a porch, cooking area, seating area, childrens' play area and a fountain garden.
