How to figure out why my mod broke my game

So I made a mod that I thought would be easy enough because it's just a mod that changes text in the game. Basically changing text in the RoM pack to match a different theme with different names for things. I also did an add-on for university. I did it all manually using notepad and s4pe.

Anyway, I put the mods in to test them but now my game wont load. I tried both mod packages individually as well as together and they both broke it in all situations so it's both of them. But I'm not sure how to figure out why or what's wrong with it.

I made a test mod prior that was essentially the same thing just on a smaller scale (changing all the Willow Creek names to something else) and that worked fine. This one not so much. Help?

    im in no way good with python or c# (im only starting JS) but did you edit something you shouldnt have by accident?
