Xbox one X frame rate options please

I just wanted to ask you devs if you could please be so kind to consider adding an option to choose 30 or 60 fps on the xbox one X version. I would also like you to ditch the adaptive sync and just force triple buffered vsyncinstead as both fluctuating frame rate and screen tearing is annoying and hurts my eyes. I am positively sure that I'm not alone in this and would be VERY grateful if you would consider these small changes in the next update, thank you!
