Blender Mesh - Please help (modder need quick help)

Hey guys, i´ve been modding on blender for sometime now, did over 270+ mods now, but there is a thing i never could do, i google for it like nuts but i cant find the solution, my english is not that good i guess not sure, so i will post a picture here:

i´ve been importing some .xps meshes into blender, some of them work fine, but some of them this happens:

as you guys can see the new mesh disapear when put in front of the sims4 body mesh, i want it to cover the body, but i dont want to extrude / solidify the mesh (it gets real ugly if i do), is there a option to make it appear without extruding?
