what kind of mod could be causing this

I don't know where to start with this issue(I've tried and I'm lost!) I need a push in the right direction from what I can tell all of my mods are up to date ( I'll check again later but I don't think better exceptions alerted me of anything it's been a few days though ) Anyway my issue is if I try to buy books a pink un-clickable box comes up instead please help thank you

There is one that allows to buy books at libraries. I don't remember the name 'cause I removed it months ago but was not updated as far as I know. Check if you have it.

Buy Books Anywhere? Could be book related, buying related or pie menu related. So look for mods related to that and any UI mods.
