Hired Gardeners can plant in freezing weather

It always annoyed me that my sims couldn't plant winter plants or indoors if the weather was freezing. I had my plants laid out to plant and my gardener came over and started planting them even though it was freezing. Didn't know they could do that, but I love there is a way to plant in freezing weather.
