Exactly what the title says. In the Sims4 can pregnant sims die? And if they can and get resurrected, then are they still pregnant and can still have the child?

There are mods to make it possible for pregnant Sims to die, but without the mods, no.

Pregnant sims cannot die since The Sims 3. Might be due to the fact that pregnancy continues even when that sim isn't in the currently active household. The only game where pregnant sims can die is The Sims 2.
