Villa margarita is a lovely basegame desert family starter! @illusie Very pretty exterior design, lovely gardenbeds and very nice hanging plants. The interior furnishings and open plan layout are lovely The teddy in the kids room is sweet! Very nice moon and stars rug
Thank you to everyone who participated in this special challenge. Everyone did such a wonderful job and because this one was personal for me it made it extra special! Thank you!
@Lissykin Sea View Modern Home is so beautiful! I really like the way you designed the front entrance; with the steps and the high roof with the windows it looks so grand! The covered deck looks great and I love that you added a pool! The interior of the home is so well decorated. I love the light wood floors and the en-suite bathroom design is extra special with the plants and the window from Eco Living. The basement looks great as well. My boys would be very pleased that you gave them a ping pong table, they are really rooting for one of those This is such a great design. Very well done!
@coolsim9999999 Modern Coastal BigSpecial looks wonderful! I love the way you did the garage doors and the stone and wood exterior look very nice together. Your yard design is so fun! I love the pond, pool and especially the hot tub. Great idea to add a space for a boat as well! The interior of the home looks great as well. I love all the coastal vibes that you have added, the colors make it look so cheery. I think my favorite part is the basement family room. It looks like there are so many fun activities to do there. You have done such a wonderful job on this!
@simsinmysleep your 1960's Split Level is stunning! You have totally nailed the 60's style for this house. I love the wood paneling with the stone exterior as well as the brick steps and you have done a wonderful job on the landscaping. The interior of the home is so well done! You have added so many nice features to this home. The pops of yellow look great with all the stone and dark woods. The checkered tile is a nice touch and my favorite part is the family room. You even added a bar! Definitely a must for that time period Nicely done!
I think I’m too late (I can’t get my gallery to load in a web browser in order to get the link; I’m gonna give up trying for now and if I ever get it, I’ll edit this comment to add it.) Oh well, I’ll go ahead and post just for funsies, lol…

Additional Notes: I had to remove my original from the gallery and reupload in order to fix a glitch - I didn’t realize that putting debug food delivery bags on a lot will keep sims from being able to put leftovers away! I did play test the lot but then I thought, ‘Just a few more clutter items in spots that won’t affect routing couldn’t possibly hurt anything.’ *facepalm* I’m still putting a slideshow together (I’ll edit this comment when it’s done to add a link) but I wanted to go ahead and get this here to explain why my first entry disappeared from the gallery. 🙂
Thanks for the fun challenge @Aljay ! I love your house! Where I’m from the land is pretty flat everywhere, so split level homes are something I have no real experience with and I really like them. I keep making my sims walk up and down those stairs on the outside, the ones that lead up to the garage, because they’re just so pretty, lol. 😄
