BLUEPRINT BUILDS November Challenge #BB25 Origin ID: PINKUSFAMILY Gallery Name of Build: Haunted November Evening Gallery Link: Gallery Photo Album :Pictures Notes : I made this lovely shell a Haunted House Residential, and the basement was made for a Vampire.. Forgotten Hollow is my favorite place to build. I am also enjoying all the build objects from Cottage Living. I enjoyed this Challenge.
Haunted November Evening is a lovely haunted house! @Pinkusfamily Very nice exterior design, pretty roof edged front porch and lovely rocking chairs sitting area on the porch. The lavender flowers are pretty! The broken fencing is great! The interior furnishing is lovely! Very nice basement areas! The vampire coffin room with patterned circular rug and red candles is great! Very nice gym room and the organ music room is very nice. Very lovely furnishing and design of the living areas and bedrooms! The plants from the kit look lovely how you have used them in the rooms. Very nice floor rugs and patterned floor tiling
Very cool build, @Pinkusfamily ! I really like the juxtaposition of dark and cozy, the indoor plants vs. the outdoor dreariness. It's a really attractive build.
Kuroshinju is a lovely modern Japanese home! @luckyheather Very nice exterior design, black colour, and the wraparound porch is very nice. The water fountain and unicorn feature is pretty and the landscaping, plants, trees and pond/pool are lovely! It looks very restful. Very nice peaceful outdoors dining and bbq patio. The gym and games balcony is very nice. The interior furnishing is lovely! Very nice black and white colours. The living room area is very nice for sims to enjoy sitting on the sofa and armchairs doing knitting and watching tv. Very nice wood texture of the furniture through the home. The tv and clothes racks feature in one of the bedrooms is creatively great! The designs and furnishing of the bedrooms are very nice!
It is a very nice Asian family home
I am now more awake so I can comment on all the BB25 entries so far
@nali272 your home fits in so well on that lot in Del Sol Valley with a garage for those expensive cars and great pool area for pool parties. I love the kitchen and the wonderful colours you chose and the L shaped sofa looks beautiful with those curtains to match, such a lovely family home
@abelhinha35 your home Casa de la Alegria looks a unique desert home with the great dome on the tower I love the whole atmosphere with the stunning pool area and I love the outdoor cooking and dining areas and of course the wonderful tiles. Inside the rooms are so pretty and my Fave spot is the TV nook with a lovely arch to look outside and those stained glass windows are great there. A Wonderful home
@msmunkie 25 Bramblewood is a wonderful cozy Family home with plenty of fun and skill learning on all levels. Even the greenhouse looks so pretty inside and outside and the basement I see everyone enjoying playing ping pong and that TV area is beautiful and it has loads of seating for family and friends. The Cottage exterior hides how big this home is inside
@Pinkusfamily your home called Haunted November Evening is so pretty on the exterior for a haunted house but the mist and broken fencing makes you wonder what is going on with its residents...very spooky! The interior has an amazing detailed kitchen and cozy livingroom with a warm fire. I love the basement sliding doors and the Organ and reading room perfect for a Vampire and a room to stay fit for those night time wanderings looking for blood donations
@Pinkusfamily What a cool haunted house! It feels like it would be fun to explore. And the trim work on the outside is beautiful.
@luckyheather I really like the black and white theme through the interior. And your landscaping is gorgeous, especially the area around the lily pond/fountain/swimming pool.
Additional Notes:
After that library I made last month, I wanted to do something old and run-down. But with no cc, there actually aren't a whole lot of really broken or worn out build items in the game. So the final result turned into this very lived-in feeling house, which seems like the kind of place that is well loved and cared for, but was kind of a jury-rigged construction in the first place and constantly falling apart. Kind of like the house I grew up in. I used the shell provided by @Aljay but I removed the basement because I wanted the house on cinderblock/metal stilts and the stairs didn't work well with that. Didn't feel like improvising a second level either. So that space where the stairs were got turned into a laundry nook. I added a shed and fenced garden area out back. I don't own "Cottage Living" yet, but this lot would look great with a chicken coop.
Old but Loved is a lovely older well lived in desert home @GlacierSnow Very nice warm wood texture of the walls, and the fenced garden and workshed are great! Sims will enjoy doing woodworking and flower arranging in the shed, The interior furnishing is lovely! Very nice blue and natural wood colours. The floral wall pattern is very pretty though a little faded due to the home being old. The rips in the kitchen and craft room wall are a great touch! The type of furniture used through the home reflects well the old but well lived theme. The older type of sofa and the rocking chair in the living room are very nice to sit and watch tv on. The faded kitchen counters abs cabinets are great for the type of home The laundry nook is great! Very nice crafting room to enjoy doing knitting and craft work.
The house is a lovely home for the older couple
Your WIP is very lovely! @illusie The exterior design is pretty! Very nice patterned wall and the flowerbox windows and flowers on the wall are lovely!

Additional Notes: I was thinking of using basement as a 1st floor but decided to do another bedroom up there and the rest for relaxing and wellness. The name means Black Pearl in Japanese.
