roBurky's has this within his meaningful stories mod: https://roburky.itch.io/sims4-meaningful-stories
It has many emotional changes, not only the one you need.
But if you prefer to just block environmental moodlets (without any other feature), you can try with his old mod but I don't know if this one still works as I play already for a long time meaningful stories:
