Adding expansion/world to existing game

This is an example. Say I am playing using Generations, Ambitions and Diesel. Can I add World Adventures to that existing game? Will it mess it up? Thank you!

I added World Adventures after those two EP's without any ill effect.

@Irrilia I know you've already done it, but adding EPs/SPs will not affect existing saves. WA simply adds new stuff and vacation destinations. Have fun simming!

It shouldn't but back up your saves just in case they could get corrupted. It was probably more of an issue with the game being actively patched though.
