Artificial tanning - For our heliophobic sims

Would it be possible and probable to get either tanning beds or spray tans in the game? Not only for use by our beloved sunlight intolerant sims, but for those who have to deal with a very rainy (and often cloudy) summer? It would be a wonderful addition to any spa.
