So funny you posted this, I just made a video for my youtube channel that I made sims memes with Lazy town characters. I haven't uploaded it yet, but my youtube is linked in my signature if you're interested for when I do upload. Sorry to not be able to make the clothes, as I don't know how to make clothes for Sims 4. I also searched if anyone made them, but nothing as you stated.
