    Vampire influence emotion bug

    Is anyone seeing the bug return that gives this to vampires who haven't unlocked this ability? My vampire child just aged into teen and right off the bat (pun not intended) has this ability.
    I have been putting mods back into the game but only ones that have been updated from yesterday.

      Ive seen that since the last patch in Aug! All of my vampires have it
