Sims Anniversary Multi-Game Challenge WIP

So with the Sims 20th coming up I thought it'd be fun to play though each version of the sims with the same family. The goal of each Generation is to celebrate by earning $20,000!

If you do not own all the versions you can still play! There will be additional challenges at each level to make up for missing packs.

    Rules
    Sims 1

    Must have Livin' Large.

    Start in Neighborhood 2.
Make family with 2 adults 2 kids, any gender and appearance. Move them into 7 Sim Lane (the ugly house with a pool that costs $19,000). Use remaining funds to buy whatever you want or save it (Although I suggest a Fridge).

    Goal: Make $20,000
The goal is have $20,000 in your household funds, you can raise money by any means in the game expect for cheats and selling off parts of the house.

    Rules:
-No cheats unless needed to fix a glitch
-Must maintain 4 Sims by the end of the challenge. You do not need to replace sims immediately but if a Sim dies you need to either move in a new adult or have a new child to replace the old before moving on.
-You need to furnish the house.
-Every room needs 1 light 1 decorative item.
    -You also need:
A place for each sim to sleep
    4 dining chairs and table
A combo of lounge chairs and sofas so there are 4 places to sit
    A toilet, bath/shower, sink
    1 Entertainment (Tv/ radio/ etc)
    1 refrigerator, 1 counter, 1 stove, 1 kitchen sink
    A phone
    - you cannot sell items you buy unless to upgrade them to a better quality one.
    - you can buy them in any order
    - you can buy any additional items especially ones that can earn you skills

Once your funds reach $20,000 you can move on to the Sims 2.

    Sims 2
Remake your Family from 1. But wait there are new life stages now!
-change 1 kid to a teen.
-you couple had another kid, make a toddler
-Grandma/pa decided to move in! Add an elder.
So in total you should have 1 elder, 2 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler, 1 child.

Pick any neighborhood to start out and buy an empty lot.
If you completed the Sims 1 challenge:
Build a house using all of your remaining funds. Use the rules in the Sims 1 section for furnishing the home.

If you did not complete the Sims 1 challenge:
Buy a refrigerator and use the cheat familyFunds [familyname] [amount] to reduce your funds to $0.

Goal: Have $20,000 in household funds.
Rules: Pretty much the same as the Sims 1
    Additional rules:
-Aging on, If your elder dies of old before you complete the challenge you can have a baby to replace them instead of finding another elder.

    Rules copied from before:
-No cheats unless needed to fix a glitch
-Must maintain 6 Sims by the end of the challenge. You do not need to replace sims immediately but if a Sim dies you need to either move in a new adult or have a new child to replace the old before moving on.
-You need to furnish the house.
-Every room needs 1 light 1 decorative item.
