The Ultimate Sim challenge - Lowell

I decided to post my Ultimate Sim here, it will be easier to keep up if someone makes the attempt to
My sim is Lowell St. Haldemor


Season 1
Sunset Valley

Business Degree – Rebel Social Influence maxed (must remain through the challenge) Create 1 blog.

Year 1 – Daycare
Year 2 – Business
Year 3 – Bookstore (PT)
Primary Skills – Charisma / Social Networking
Free Skill – Alchemy (you may choose others if they are available to you)
Activities
Collecting (use the Collection Journal if you earn the points)
Hire a maid, order pizza, have at least one roommate that remains through the entire season
Travel (required) – You must travel to one of the countries to purchase a chest. I recommend that you purchase 10-12 of them. I currently am using 12 but may need more soon. You may travel to search for insects, metals, or gems. You may purchase items like recipes, fishing books, martial arts equipment, but you will not be able to use them at this time. No tomb raiding or working on Visa level at this time.
Occult – Werewolf (must acquire the curse by being bitten. must also pass along the curse to at least one sim) (must reach max level)
Family – produce at least 1 child through one of the various methods in the game. Child must remain in the family tree for the duration of the challenge. You cannot move them out and you must keep the tree contained. Child must be born in this town

I arrived in Sunset Valley, bought a plot of land and got ready for university for two semesters.


Derek Khan turned out to be a werewolf, so I befriended him as soon as possible.



I became a rebel and held protests, quite successfully I might add.



Here I am trying to max out social networking in between classes.


After final exams I returned to Sunset Valley, signed up for another week and off I went.

And then I graduated! I had maxed charisma and social networking, made a ton of friends and collected a trunk full of gems, stones and insects.


Back in Sunset Valley I bought a house since I made a fortune from selling all of those gems, stones and insects. I started the Daycare career, and the children loved me. Naturally.


The mail carrier turned out to be a plum who did not like me very much.

Her name was Nakisha, and I married her.


When I wasn´t taking care of the little monsters people left at my doorstep every freaking morning, I was in werewolf form hunting for valuables.


I am a master hunter, if I may say so myself.


We had a baby while I was still in the daycare career.

We named him Nathan. Since I was a professional I tought him the important stuff. Nakisha taught him how to use the potty and walk and other things.


One day I found out why the house was always a mess despite us having a maid.


Nakisha asked me to turn her so that we could hunt as a pack. Hubba hubba.


Being level 4 in the daycare career meant waiting around a lot. Some days not a single monster would arrive. Because of this it took me 5 weeks instead of 4 to reach level 5.


The little pests were smart enough to behave when I brought out the wolf. I would always turn back before the parents came to pick them up.


One time I decided to rant about death. I would never die after all. To my dismay I did die right in the middle of it.


Death brought me back. He said something about not doing that again. Little does he know I have death flowers!


The little pests were soon eating out of my palm, and I made level 5 of the daycare career week 5.


I started the business career at level 4 and held a protest against crime.


Nathan turned teen and we took a family photo. Our roommate decided to join in. He has been living in the house ever since the beginning, but I hardly ever see him. He´s either working or sleeping. Best room mate ever.


Before we knew it, Nakisha aged up to elder.


I went to the festival and met Jared Frio.


The roommate aged up to adult in the middle of the night. It was very noisy and Nakisha didn´t like that.


Nathan aged up to young adult.


Since Nakisha wouldn´t be around for much longer, I turned Nathan. A wolf needs a pack.


Nakisha died shortly after. One career level from fulfilling her lifetime wish. She was 94 days old.


When I had reached level 10 of the business career I had two weeks before I could leave it and become a bookstore clerk. I spent most of that time as a wolf with Nathan, hunting together.



As a level 5 celebrity all my protest were successful. I even had Vita Alto by my side protesting against crime one time.


I am a very friendly wolf. Though this one time I wonder if this lady didn´t die just so that she wouldn´t have to talk to me.


One night when I was hunting alone I noticed this nice limousine. How it ended up in my family inventory I have no idea...


I am living off of a steady diet of life fruit. Nathan grows them in the attic.


Our very last day in Sunset Valley we spent at the festival. Me, Nathan and what´s-his-face.


I gave a final rant in Sunset Valley park.


I had an argument with Nicolo Alto over the phone (The son of Nick and Vita Alto).


After having dismissed the roommate it was time to head for Riverview.


I had maxed Charisma and Social networking, reached the top of the daycare career, the business career and the part time grocery store career. I was supposed to do the bookstore part time career, but I entered the wrong one and didn´t realize until I had maxed it and spent my two weeks in it.
Our household funds had reached 8.444.329 simoleons.

Season 2 - Riverview

Fine Arts Degree – Rebel Social Influence maxed (must remain through the challenge) Create 1 blog.
Year 1 – Culinary
Year 2 – Painter
Year 3 – Spa Receptionist (PT)
Primary Skills – Cooking / Painting / Street Art / Guitar
Free Skill – Artisan
Activities – Collecting (use the Collection Journal if you earn the points)
Travel (required) – you must travel to each destination to purchase the recipes. This requirement is lifted if you have completed it in a previous town. You may continue to search for insects, metals, or gems. You may purchase items like fishing books, martial arts equipment, but you will not be able to use them at this time. No tomb raiding or working on Visa level at this time.
Occult – Human (must acquire the cure by purchase or creation of cure elixir)
Family – produce at least 1 child through one of the various methods in the game. Child must remain in the family tree for the duration of the challenge. You cannot move them out and you must keep the tree contained. Child must be born in this town.

I was really developing my painting skill

Before we knew it Gabrielle had a b-day!

Nathan hired a maid

Gabrielle had a little friend, Cuddles

Ah, the perfect memento from Riverview - another car


Gabrielle offered to turn Cuddles into a real child



A couple of moments later the girls were teens

I was becoming quite the artist, Gabrielle spent a lot of time with me - painting

Gaby had her adult b-day

I had an accident at the elixir store

Gnome infestation problem. It seems everytime I send metals to be melted, a gnome or two is being returned to me

Gaby and Cuddles fell in love

And I had a genetically engineered grandson! Meet Cuddleworth. I have no idea if this counts for the challenge, seeing he is not my child.

Oh, the joys of motherhood

I managed to sneak in for a snuggle every once in a while when the girls were sleeping

Cuddleworth had the St. Haldemor eyes

Don´t even think about it

Cuddles was a great parent

I got around to playing the guitarr

Another birthday


Gabrielle and Cuddles had grown into YA at some point

I think I might be slightly addicted

Nathan was growing my life fruit, keeping me forever young.

We had a family picture taken

I was really starting to draw crowds!

Cuddleworth became a teen

I sometimes feel he´s not taking me seriously

I taught him how to drive to score some adult points.

Gaby turned elder

Cuddles grew into an adult, and so did Gabrielle


Our life had slowed down to this, I was beginning to long for the day when I could leave Riverview

It seems Nakisha is aware of some things, who knew, like the fact that Nathan has reached the top of the military career

Cuddleworth has met Nakisha plenty of times, I swear, that kid is mocking us

He grew up eventually though, I think he takes after me

We had another family portrait taken, well two



The time had finally come to leave Riverview behind. All the goals were met.

Year 1 – Firefighter (unlocks the Athletic skill)
Year 2 – Inventor
Year 3 – Sculptor
Primary Skills – Logic / Handiness / Inventing / Sculpting / Consignment
Free Skill – none
Activities
Collecting (use the Collection Journal if you earn the points)
Get a tattoo and a makeover at the salon
Have a washer and dryer in your home – you must have one in every home going forward in the challenge
Travel (optional) – You may continue to search for insects, metals, or gems. You may purchase items like fishing books, martial arts equipment, but you will not be able to use them at this time. No tomb raiding or working on Visa level at this time.
Occult – Witch (must acquire the elixir by purchase or creation) (must reach max level)
Occult 2 – create a simbot and keep it in the family until it ‘dies’
Family – produce at least 1 child through one of the various methods in the game. Child must remain in the family tree for the duration of the challenge. You cannot move them out and you must keep the tree contained.. Child must be born in this town.


Part 1 - Technology degree and Firefighter

We arrived at Twinbrook and bought ourselves a mansion. With almost 13 000 000 simoleons in the bank we could pick and choose.


I signed up for University - technology degree and I left, only my grandson noticed I was leaving



At University I started by meeting other students.


And hoarding supplies


I met this nice girl and we talked about me

I really liked her

a lot

I thought I´d keep the memento

But some things are better forgotten...


...it seemed she already had

I did feel rather betrayed


I arranged a protest

It turned out my fellow students were still not getting enough sleep


I went to the comic store and worked on my nerdiness. I figured I´d get that out of the way

My inner nerd was truly shining


I had a haircut and tried it out

It was a good haircut


I didn´t really want to become a witch and I was in luck. I met a very aggressive werewolf lady who was easily convinced to bite me.
The witchy stuff will be saved for another season.



I ate a lot of life fruit


And there was this girl who would not give me the time of day, always going somewhere.


I became a wolf again


I graduated and I got my technology degree!



I went home to Twinbrook.


I went to the firestation and I got a job - look out Twinbrook!



Cuddleworth met a lady, Julienne Knack


I invited Candace, the girl who ignored me for two weeks and surprisingly she came

Standing there in front of my mansion she liked me better and she said yes.


There are two things to know about Candace; she is extremely fertile and she has this obsession with strange jewelry.


Gabby seemed to like her just fine. Gabby and I were never married and we are now just friends.


That look she gave Gabby was rather strange though.

and moments later...

Note to self, never get on Candace´s bad side.


I spent a lot of time putting out fires. Quite a few pyromaniacs in Twinbrook, let me tell you.




Cuddleworth was worried about my line of work. I told him I have 6 death flowers in my inventory.


Little Chandler was born. My third child.


The days flew by and Chandler became a toddler.


Cuddles loved to take care of him, to the extent his mother never got the chance. So I moved Gabrielle and Cuddles out to live on their own.


Gabby visited a lot, and it looks like she is under the impression her larger headstone compared to Nakisha´s is connected to her education. Snob.

Gabby and Candace did have a lot to talk about.


Cuddleworth proposed to his Julienne and moved to the Knack residence.

Not long after my great grandson was born - Shan Allbright.


I even got some street art done


Candace was teaching Chandler a few skills now that Cuddles was out of the way and she could actually get to him.


Candace and I engaged in the occasional Trivia challenge




Chandler grew up and became a child


I went over to the Knack household and met my great grandson Shan.


4 weeks in: the household. Gabrielle and Cuddles lived on their own and Cuddleworth lived with the Knacks. I had finished the firefighter career at level 10. Handiness and athletic were maxed out, and logic was at 8. I also finished my 3:d blog. Next I spent 4 weeks as an inventor.

@ZhakiraP I'm about 99% sure I commented already on the first part of your story in the What's Happening thread so I won't repeat it, even if I could
I applaud anyone who can do challenges! I simply can't! I just want my sims doing what they want and having lots of babies
That's a lot of moolah to start Season 3 with!

Thank you. Yes, I believe you did.
I like to do both, but I often incorporate rules in my game play just to keep myself from complete chaos.
I really like that house.
As it turns out, she was playing hard to get. Crazy girl. Think of all the adoration she missed out on during those college weeks.
Chandler is a bit funny looking as a teen. I hope he grows out of it.
