    Is there any way to get those in-game now and making my sims actually work for it? Or is it straight to cheating and buydebug?

      You can’t work toward them but you can add the Kindness Ambassador trait in with cheats then buy them with that sim from build mode.

      traits.equip_trait Kindness_Ambassador
