Well this is new

I just had a sim die of cardiac overexertion. The sim was in an enraged mood. I've never had a sim die this way. I've had them die of embarrassment or die of laughing before but never this. The sim became enraged when her hubby divorced her. He was being unfaithful to her. She caught him woohooing with another sim. He went on to have 2 children with the other sim. He and his wife had 5 children and she was currently preggo. Sad that even a preggo sim can die in this game. What's next? Toddlers dying?

I cant say Ive ever seen that before. I'm guessing you have mods or something because pregnant sims from what I can recall have never been able to die in any of the games . Heck. I even got a sim pregnant like on her birthday into elderhood and she waited until she gave birth to do the whole change into an elder thing.

Pregnant sims could definitely die in Sims 2. Their hunger bars depleted so fast it was sometimes a real challenge to keep them alive. I know I did lose two mothers-to-be that way.

Wow that surprises me! I would have never guessed they could die. I just presumed they would hold off until they gave birth. Interesting. Well then maybe I'm wrong. Thank you for that piece of info!

That is a bug as pregnant sims arent supposed to be able to die. I've never tried it with anger, but do have my preggers repair electronics, take bubble baths(stacking well over +15 playful/happy buffs), etc and they've always been fine.
