Cake glitch?

I had my sims (in this particular save file), try to bake a cake but they won't put it in the oven after mixing the ingredients. They also won't clean it up. I've tried different sims and different cakes. I also reset/debuged the oven and the bowl. Still nothing. Any thoughts?

Is there an unfinished bake in the oven already? I have had my Culinary Sim walking away from his cooking, lately. Try clicking the oven and see if you have a "Continue" interaction.
