Inviting People over BUG

I just wondered if others are having this issue , I moved a family from San Myshuno to Sulani , But now if i throw a party and invite any of their friends over from other towns , none of them appear and if i travel and invite them then they arrive and immediately leave
Another bug i just remembered , My sim was swimming at a bouy , His needs were low so i sent him home , when he got home i clicked on the toilet for him to use it , he then promptly swam all the way back to the bouy , threw his hands in the air complaining he needed the toilet then swam all the way back home to use it , I couldnt cancel the action of him swimming back to the bouy
