While I like the pack so far there are things that I would have liked to have seen in the pack itself.:

Volleyball net, which would be great on a beach.
A waterbirth; mermaid sims only, have a mermaid give birth in a pool. (optional)
Mermaid specific bassinet: it could have seashells and fish decorated on it.
Hammocks
life jackets or water wings for kids/toddlers
beach toys: beach ball, pail and shovel, sandbox, waterguns/squirtguns, kayak/canoe.

All very sensible and logical given the pack theme. TS2 equivalent at least gave us hammocks. Not sure about the others on your list, but we did get a wrecked pirate ship to explore and interact with.
