Crystal Clear - It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms perfect for a family of 4. Some items shown in the pictures may not be in the uploaded version as I got the pictures after my sim family moved in and I added some things of theirs into the home.
Welcome to Pixel Acres! A naturalist commune which is a re-design of the "nudist colony" lot from The Sims Bustin' Out. This version is a residential so I couldn't apply the "Clothing Optional" Trait... but can easily be converted to a public lot with the trait.

Finally caught up with everyone's recent builds. Still so in awe with what you guys manage to make in this game I need to get practicing.
@JojoMOMSTER that is such a unique build, I really love what you did with the roof! I'll have to remember downloading this, I could actually use something like that in my current save. @luckyheather all your builds are so unique and different from each other. I'm always impressed! Really really loving the colors on that last one though, I'll have to see if I can fit that in anywhere @MorriSan same to you, again, such a gorgeous house. I so wouldn't mind living there in RL
so... not much new yet, just been learning to unlock a lot of the items i want to use in my st taz national park build (like the whale statue, hala trees that don't have fruit on them and plenty more) and figured i'd unlock a bunch of the coral reef stuff for myself, too. so went back and redid part of my marine research center
can't really see the fish here, but they're there:
the nice thing about these mods is, when i take them out the items will stay and the builds won't be listed as having custom content, since those are all actual items already in the game... but yeah, i'm trying to use a fair few of them in the national park...
A small family home with three bedrooms, one bathroom and open plan living areas using Basegame and Island Living packs only. Built in beautiful Sulani there is a front porch and a rear deck which overlooks the ocean, perfect for outdoor fun and relaxation
Awesome pictures, I want to build so bad, but somehow I am afraid to delete the buildings. I am playing in the house where the volcano is right now as my sims are to poor to move. I have fixed it up a little.

Before deleting a premade house, go into build mode and save it to your gallery. If you screw up or change your mind just plop it back on the same lot

This is a simple community library in a bit of a tiki style
