SOLVED Mod forcing NPC to lot found

This search for a mod which gave the sims 4 the old sims 3 debugging cheats when clicking the mailbox is driving me mad. I am beginning to feel like a person who actually saw big foot or a unicorn but lost the photos ( 
) Sorry... but I hope you understand the feeling.
I know once some long time back while playing the sims 4 I had the option to shift click on the mailbox and use the force vistor, force npc, make me know everyone cheats... but how and what mod I do not know...
I came across
Enable advance debug mod by Clown and once Updated by the awesome Weerbesu (maker of UI Cheats)

a do it yourself? https://artfun.pw/post/109.html but this seems a little too advance for me...
The thing is I am not sure if this was the mod which allowed me to use the mailbox as we once did in TS3
By this point I dont know if I will have my old shift click mailbox cheats back but It doesn't matter any more I would just love this mystery solved.
Have you ever played the sims 4 with these cheats before and do you recall how?

SOLVED IT IS THE ADVANCE DEBUG MOD!
BUT it needs to be downloaded from the messages not the listing itself.

I download the 2 files below and IT WORKED... SHIFT click on the mailbox returned request services to my game
