How to make a Poster (NO FRAME)

Hey guys!


I wondered how to make a poster? I'm not talking about going into Sims 3 Workshop and recoloring one of the existing game paintings----I dont want a frame around it, and I can't edit their flat posters in there. I'm talking about the examples below---no frame, flat against the wall.

Let me know if there's a specific program I should use, or how to do it. Thank you so much!
