Best Desktop for creating Youtube Content?

I want to start a Sims Youtube channel, however the laptop I have doesn't have the power it takes to screen capture, edit, and upload videos. I am looking to buy a desktop in the next few months, while I'm in the process of planning my channel, what are the best programs, specs, etc. for The Sims 4, Youtube, and Streaming?

Trying to get as much research as possible, before I make any big purchase, so any advice is appreciated!

*I plan on staying with PC, not Mac.

If you're planning on both recording and streaming streamlabs OBS is free and pretty easy to learn! It has the option of just recording without streaming so you could use it for both. I'd post link of some good tutorials but I'm still a new member so I can't post links quite yet.

However! The names of the channels I watched that helped me learn Streamlabs OBS were Xielent and Delvige.

For myself I use Premiere Pro for editing and Action! to record gameplay. Then I use my video camera to record my voice and face.
