I shall never tire of making restaurants. This lot continues my series of renovating Maxis lots into restaurants using BaseGame, Dine Out and one additional pack.
PBP Fine Dining is a renovation of the Studio PBP lounge into a restaurant using only BaseGame, Dine Out and Get Famous packs. This restaurant is perfect for celebrity Sims to enjoy elegant cuisine, listen to music in its lounge, and have cocktails at the bar.
I wish I could post anything other than text, but guess since I'm new it won't let me. I just learned I can build upwards on the penthouse :D So, this is gonna be one cost effective housing now :D

The penthouse lots are great because you can build almost anything you want overlooking the city.

This modern BaseGame only home is a renovation of an unfurnished lot by Ayumap. This family home is filled with modern luxuries and entertainment, including a pool, BBQ area and gym.
Because their family home has its own gym and pool I decided to make a family of professional athletes to live in it. They take their workout fashion very seriously and have full athletic wardrobes.
The Champions are a BaseGame only family, consisting of Mom Serena, Dad Drake and their wild child toddler Brock. The Champion Family are making their mark in Newcrest as up and coming professional athletes.They are raising Drake in their fashionably furnished modern home.
To commemorate BaseGame being free for a week, I built a colonial mansion using as many BaseGame items as possible. I'm very new at building structures from scratch so I stuck to a traditional colonial home. I would recommend a money cheat as this fully outfitted mansion costs 450,000 Simoleons.
In order to fully showcase the stuff available in BaseGame, this five bedroom, six bathroom house has tons of activities, like art, chess, swimming, gardening, woodworking, fishing, an observatory, a gym, musical instruments and children's activities.

I was very much inspired by the Netflix sitcom Disjointed, featuring a dispensary called Ruth's Alternative Care. It was a cozy clean retail shop and I wanted to recreate that in game. Every location includes a full kitchen with freezers, displays, and seating areas.
StrangerVille Plaza is a lot more fun with this open air concert lounge. Featuring the funky decor of Strangerville, this venue is compatible with Sacrificial's Road to Fame mod, and also works well with Get Famous. There is a concert venue plaza in the middle of my hometown that's a lot like this!

The beautiful rock formations of StrangerVille make a perfect backdrop for an old-fashioned drive in movie. This theater includes a snack bar, gift shop, bunker bathrooms, park and grill spots and a camper for the family who runs the theater to live in.
Founder's Brewing Co. is a faithful recreation of a brewery of the same name in Grand Rapids, Michigan, AKA Beer City USA. This large downtown brewery features an outdoor patio, clubhouse and a performance space. Customers can also watch beer being brewed in its state of the art glass walled brewery. Can also be played as a lounge or restaurant. If you ever find yourself at Founder's in Grand Rapids, I highly recommend the Nitro Rubaeus.

Merrit Brashaw can certainly afford to live in a large place uptown, but she finds living in the Spice District of San Myshuno to be more "authentic." Her poodle is a $$$ purebred with a super long name on a certificate, but she just calls her Nibbler. Meritt wants to see as much of the city as she can with her dog by her side, and hopefully live enough life in the city to someday write about it. #Poodle #cityliving
I gave Meritt a high fashion wardrobe, and bold makeup looks, I wanted her ensembles to look expensive.

Hannah Westwood just moved to San Myshuno from a small town with no more than a suitcase and her cats Prada and Chanel. Hanna has plenty of style but little money, and her limited wardrobe reflects that. She decorated her tiny apartment in the fashion district with a hodgepodge of flea market buys.

Thank you! Its my first "starter" build so I thought a lot of the cheap stuff and debug items looked funky and cool. Those metal chairs that come in the peach and mint green swatches are divine and I would use chairs like that in my real life.

Its distinctive rainbow design instills pride in all who visit. Rainbow designs and kitschy decor with a full bar, lounge and dance floor make this the perfect party place for all LGBTQIA Sims and their allies. Fun Fact: Back in the day, a town's gay bar could typically be called "The Blue Oyster Club" as code for LGBTQIA people. HAPPY PRIDE MONTH!
In honor of Pride Month I wanted to showcase one of my LGBT themed builds, meant for Sims in the Freelance Career.
Roomies and best friends Ada, and Toni became foster parents to teen Vincient after getting to know him at the local LGBT Youth Center where they are volunteers. Vincent's home life wasn't so great after he came out to his parents, so Toni and Ada invited him to stay with them in the big city. Vincent is excited to persue his passion for the arts with his new kitten Cher, who his self conscious about her oversized ears.
This lot is a renovation of 930 Medina Studios, and matches the family in the gallery under the name: Freelance Roomies. This three bedroom apartment features colorful decor, a cozy group work space and personalized bedrooms for an artist, writer and programmer.
In celebration of the Sims collab with the It Get's Better Project, this LGBT shop was inspired by the real life bookstore Women and Women First featured in the series Portlandia. As a teen hangout this bookstore can become a Safe Space for the LGBT youths in your game. Works as a retail lot or cafe.
If you're looking to build rainbow filled LGBT spaces, the rainbow swatch in the club items from Get Together, along with the rainbow swatches of items in Seasons, and the hearts from Outdoor Retreat work well with the flags in the update. HAPPY PRIDE!
The Torendi Love Hotel is the fashion districts most notorious nightclub. Sims seeking an edgier nightlife will enjoy its dance floor, bar, hot-tub, spa amenities and multiple bedrooms. Can also be used as a lounge. Renovation of the original Maxis Torendi Tower Penthouse.

That's weird because the Penthouse is a purchasable lot, you should't be paying rent there, according to Carl's guide.

Yeah, supposed to be that way :/ But I get 12k bills now lol, so something got messed up somewhere I think. Maybe building it up wasn't a good idea :)

This large open air version is inspired by Randy Marsh's dispensary on South Park.
Strangerville Dispensary
I thought Strangerville was exactly the kind of place that would have a dispensary owned by a crazypants conspiracy theorist.
Modern Dispensary
This retail lot is a renovation of an original build by Jess-May28.
Nookstone Dispensary
This small dispensary is a renovation of the Nookstone home into a Get To Work and BaseGame only retail lot.
