    Patchy: If you don't interact with and befriend Patchy will he still come to life?

      I don't know the answer to the first question since I've never actually remembered to use patchy.
      But for the second question the answer is yes.

      I believe you have to interact with patchy to get him to come to life. If you don’t he is basically decor. That’s from my experience anyway, he didn’t do anything till I interacted with him.

      You must be friends with patchy in order for him to come out of his shell.
