Is it possible to import MMD stages to the Sims 4 as Build/Buy?

I had the idea of using MMD stages as backdrops in photos/edits/whatever I want to make and I was wondering if it was possible to import an entire stage as a build/buy item? Would any complications happen if the stage was too big? I have literally no experience with importing other game models to the Sims 4, so sorry if I sound real stupid right now.
