LOOKING FOR: Nightclub building tips!

I need creative ways to build a not so interesting looking building from the outside. Nightclubs are usually giant blocks and I like to keep it that way, but I need it to look modern and interesting. I have checked on Pinterest for some pics, but couldnt really find something that spoke to me and was also able to build in the sims 4.






But since there are a lot of creative builders out here, I am sure there are some GREAT tips and tricks how to create a creative looking build. So not the general building tips, but those that make you go like: 'Oh wow, never thought of doing that!!'
