      TS3 and its expansion/stuff packs are sold through Origin for both Windows and Mac, and through Steam as well as on retail store discs if you can still find them from a short list of authorized re-sellers. App Store -- might you be looking for a mobile version of the game rather than one for a PC/Mac?
