This is a new challenge by me, fully updated and ready to play with rules for all expansions. The basic premise of it is to do EVERYTHING in Sims 4. All achievements, all careers, all aspirations, all collections, etc. I know there were a couple challenges that had started to do this, but neither of them have been updated. This one will be.

Dang it, I can't do this. I only have four packs, and that's not nearly enough for this to be challenging enough for me.

Maybe you can reduce the number of generations you must complete the challenge in? I bet @IllusoryThrall will have a solution for this. ;-)

@nerdfashion I tried very hard to make sure every goal was marked with what expansion it needs, so you could count up the number of goal sets available for the packs you have and divide that number by two. Then you'd have about the number of generations you'd be trying to complete it in. I didn't make this challenge to be particularly hard, just as a way to get people to play stuff they wouldn't normally do. I think it would still be quite a challenge without having all of the packs, because there's quite a bit that's base game only.

Loved reading you chapter @IllusoryThrall ! Love the name Aiden and congrats on completing all the Toddler goals!

1 question: so the generation you are playing now is generation 0? I was planning on using a B for the name of the child my founder gives birth to, I started with the A with my founder. Or do I have it wrong like that?

@CazualKarma The founders are usually referred to as generation 0. If you did the kids with "b"'s already, you'd be depriving yourself of an extra generation. I would just go with "A" names again, and then "B"'s, if that makes sense. But again, it's up to you. Would just mean you'd have to do an extra generation with three adults. Which, of course, is possible, but harder to control.

I have always understood the founder is the 1st generation. For the purpose of this challenge I can see how the naming system would start with their children. (Just my two cents )

@EuphorialQueen eh, I could be wrong. I guess I've never fully understood that, but I always started naming with A's for the kids. Does it start with the founders as "A"s then?

Luckily my founder doesn't have kids yet so I still have the choice. Are we starting with Gen 0 in this challenge? Then I will make her children Gen 1.

You can play how you like
In the case of a challenge like yours I like the idea of the founder having any name you like. Then start the naming with the first heir(s). Using the alphabet naming system is a good way to keep track of where you are in the generation timeline.

@CazualKarma I think it's probably best to start with the founder being Generation 0 and the kids naming with "A"s, but like @EuphorialQueen said, it's personal preference. If you want to continue with the kids being "B"s, feel free. You already handicapped yourself a bit by starting with less money, so maybe having a challenge is your kind of thing. It'll just mean one less generation to get things done. Not that taking longer than 26 would be a "fail".

Fun stories so far. I have a quick question. I started my first two adults and planned to knock out 4 goal sets. I wasnt sure if I need to stick with one goal set per sim? So for example I have a girl who is pursuing both the hopeless romantic aspiration and journalism career. Set 49 and set 2. My guy is pursuing professional athlete and handisim set 12 and set 55.

This ok or not so much? Thanks!

@Caimar11 I did reference one goal set per adult sim in the rules, but I guess I never said it specifically. I added that into the rules to clarify. That's part of why it's a challenge to get things done in 26 generations, because there's more goal sets than you can do in 2 sims per generation, so there will be times you need to have a third adult. However, if you want to change things up and challenge yourself by doing more than one set per sim, feel free. Rules are made to be broken, after all.
