Herro, I'm back!
Okay so... didn't really mean to, but I made a haunted mansion by accident... Whoops!
Anywho, there's kind of a backstory to this build! It's supposed to be like, this old family lived in this house for ages, but now.. well, they don't anymore, for reasons unknown. And now it's for sale, and it's kind of historical so the land around it has been developed and modernized but this place has just remained the same. Hence why it's in Mirage Park. But it could easily fit in in Forgotten Hollow! The world is your oyster.
I figure you can role-play this one if you want to. This build could easily be pristine and beautiful and modern, but it's meant to look neglected to start off. The pool is pretty much the centerpiece of this home, but it's *gross*.
It's still really expensive though, sorry.
Onto the pictures!
Since I'm playing with this house in my game currently, I'll be adding CC to the build and will probably post the results here, but I wanted to make a CC-free version to upload to the gallery. You can find it here. Enjoy!
Dewey Manor is a lovely haunted mansion! Very nice exterior design, windows, brick texture, porches and roofing! The landscaping to reflect it being a deserted and haunted home looks great! Very nice interior layout and furnishings! The wall paneling, marble flooring and the curtains are lovely! Very nice kitchen and dining room! The dining table is very nice and the display plates are a special touch on the wall. Very lovely living room! The bookcases are very nice either sides of the fireplace. Sims will enjoy sitting on the nice sofas and armchairs in front of the fire reading books, having a drink from the globe bar and listening to piano music. The candles on the bedside tables either sides of the master bedroom bed are special touches! Sims will enjoy doing their makeup at the vanity table.
It is a very nice haunted home!

Just finished another beach home, but this time it's CC free so you can enjoy it as well. It's in Sulani on a 30x20 lot (I think it was called "Pier Perfection" or something like that).
It looks big on the outside, but it is really only big enough for one person or a couple as there is only one bedroom and 1.5 baths. I enjoyed furnishing this one; I used a lot of color on the inside but tried to stick somewhat to a theme. Maybe.
I liked the idea of having the outside kind of inside with the open floor under the stairs. I went back and forth about the contrast of the dark and light wood inside with the pillars and furniture, but ultimately this looked best to me... what do you think?
Beach y Keen is a very nice island home! Very lovely exterior design, colour and roofing! Very nice deck and balcony loungers and bar areas! Very nice open plan interior layout and furnishings! The colours are lovely and warm! Very nice sofa seat window sitting nook to enjoy watching tv. Very nice kitchen area with windows sitting alcove. The open floor atrium lily pads area under the stairs is very nice! The curtains used through the home are very pretty! Lovely design of the bedroom! The sofa and armchairs sitting areas are very nice! Very nice calming candles and pretty flowers on the dresser
It is lovely calming and restful home for living in Sulani
This is a new build which took me ages to decorate (mostly because I overwhelm myself with CC) but I am really pleased with how it turned out. It is a 3bd/3ba villa with a library. Enjoy...
The Mediterranean Villa home is lovely! Very nice exterior design, large glass windows bringing inside nice sunlight, and great pool and outdoors dining patio! The flowers and plants are pretty! Sims will enjoy cooking and dining in the outdoors air. Very lovely layout and furnishing of the interior! The design, colour and furnishings used in each room is very nice! I don’t use cc but it was very nice seeing how you furnished each room with the items
It is a very nice family villa!
Your makeover of the apartment is lovely! The blue colour scheme is very nice and the wood texture of the furnishings gives a nice look and feel to the apartment. Very nice design, layout and furnishing of each area! Very lovely sofa seating corner nook to enjoy watching tv. The kitchen design is very nice, and pretty patterned floor tiling. Very nice bed area! The plants are nice nature touches.
It is a very nice apartment
