I found this recolor/mesh for the Strangerville pants by simstrouble on their tumbler page. The creator of the pants is on hiatus and doesn't have a WCIF section. I really love the top their model sim is wearing and have tried looking on LanaCC. (simstrouble_tumblr_com/ Marspants)

The trick to seeing the top (it's the second item down after the bodysuit) and finding the download link is the thin grey stripe to the right of the picture contains the scroll bar.
