Is there a list on line for controls?

I'm asking this question for my daughter in law who has the Sims 4 on the PS4.

Today she brought up the first person view and thought it was a glitch and quit the game. I informed her it was a feature that was added, but I didn't know the controls used to bring it up and to go back to normal view. Is there a list that shows what the different PS4 controls do for the Sims 4, especially for this?

I don't know if there's a list online, but if you press down on the left joystick (called L3) it will bring up a screen with the controls available depending on what screen you're on.
